HUGIN SOFTWARE
The two main components of HUGIN Software are the Graphical User Interface (GUI) for model development and the HUGIN Decision Engine and Application Program Interfaces (API’s) for model integration.
HUGIN GUI 8.9
HUGIN GUI is a graphical user interface to the HUGIN Decision Engine. It is a general purpose GUI and contains a graphical editor, a compiler and a runtime system for construction, revising and testing Bayesian models.
HUGIN HDE 8.9
HUGIN HDE is the inference engine. The inference engine is a library of functions to perform reasoning under uncertainty represented by a Bayesian Network. Using the HDE, programmers can build knowledge based products and services, utilizing the power of the HDE for reasoning.
The HDE utilizes breakthrough algorithms, and is recognized as one of the most efficient and robust inference engines one the marked. It allows the user to integrate models into existing or new software using one of the HUGIN Applications Programming Interfaces (HAPI).
Commercial licenses are for use in commercial companies and the public sector.
Academic licenses are for students and employees at Universities or other similar academic facilities.
